Welcome to The Journey to Here LLC. I’m excited to guide you along part of your life’s journey. All services offered by The Journey to Here LLC are intended to help you feel self-empowered and enhance your overall wellness with improved emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Content and services provided by The Journey to Here LLC are intended for informational, educational and entertainment purposes. Techniques, strategies, and services offered are not a substitute for the advice, treatment, or diagnosis of a licensed mental health or medical professional. As stipulated by law, we cannot and do not guarantee results or offer legal advice.
As with any business, your results will vary and will be based on your drive, effort, follow-through and variables beyond our control.
Users should not disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of something read on The Journey to Here LLC website. If you are in crisis or think you may be experiencing a mental health or medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. If you’re having suicidal thoughts, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to talk to a skilled, trained counselor at a crisis center at any time (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline).
Coaching, intuitive readings, energetic work, and mentoring may heighten awareness of your individual healing journey, but are not intended to “fix” or absolve mental, emotional, or psychological suffering or grief. When engaging in or receiving intuitive energy services—including, but not limited to, intuitive life coaching, Reiki, energy work, intuitive spirit readings, and channeling—it is important to maintain an open mind and release any specific expectations. While Jessica sets her intention to welcome the energy and spirit of a client’s deceased loved one into a session, spirit communication is inherently unpredictable. Clients are encouraged to approach sessions with openness, allowing the messages and guidance most aligned with their highest good to come through, rather than focusing on connecting with a specific energy. Questions are welcome during sessions and should invite open-ended guidance rather than seek definitive or yes/no answers.
While Jessica provides insights and possibilities to support the client’s journey, results cannot be guaranteed, and she does not offer legal advice or advise on medical or health-related matters. Additionally, Jessica does not answer questions related to crimes, criminal investigations, or missing persons, as these fall outside the scope of her work. By engaging in these services, clients acknowledge that Jessica is not liable for any information or communication shared during their sessions.
If you have been diagnosed with any mental health disorder(s) or are experiencing grief, trauma, depression, or suicidal thoughts, it is not recommended you work with or receive services provided by The Journey to Here LLC. As a mandated reporter, it is the responsibility and duty by law of Jessica Madenford (The Journey to Here LLC) to report any reasonable suspicions of abuse or suicidal ideation with a plan. Your safety is the number one priority.
Jessica Madenford (The Journey to Here LLC) is a Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Intuitive Medium, and Level 2 – Usui Reiki Practitioner who offers a variety of modalities to guide clients and students towards achievement of their personal growth and goals. Jessica comes to each session sober and respecting clients’ personal journey and progress in confidence, and respectfully requests the same of you in order to create and maintain a safe space in each session.
Session Participation & Gifting Policy
All sessions are intended to be one-on-one experiences unless otherwise arranged in advance for a group or multiple participants. While clients are welcome to request the presence of an emotional support person during their session, it is understood that Jessica will only be providing services and guidance to the individual who originally booked the session. Jessica will not address questions or provide readings for anyone other than the designated client. Clients should also be aware that the presence of additional individuals may unintentionally influence the energy and flow of the session. For the integrity of the experience, Jessica reserves the right to ask any additional individuals to leave the session at any time.
If you are purchasing a reading or energy session as a gift for someone else, Jessica must be informed prior to the session. She prepares energetically in advance to connect with the person who has scheduled and agreed to receive the service. Surprise sessions or gifting a session without the recipient’s prior consent are not permitted. The intended recipient must be aware of and consent to the session ahead of time to ensure a respectful, aligned, and ethical experience.
Refund Policy
Once you enroll in programs or services provided by The Journey to Here LLC, you have 10 days to withdraw. After 10 days, no refunds will be issued. If you choose to withdraw, you must submit an email to jessica@thejourneytohere.net with “Request for Refund” in the subject line. Your purchase is refundable within 10 (ten) days of the transaction. The 10-day period begins on the day after the purchase and ends at 5:00 PM EST on the 10th day. Requests for cancellation must be submitted before the expiration of the 10-day window. Please note: failure to attend or schedule sessions does not qualify you for a refund.
Online and in-person courses, memberships, and workshops may be subject to their own specific refund or cancellation policies. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the individual terms and conditions associated with each offering prior to purchase or registration. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to any program-specific policies in addition to the general refund policy outlined here.
In addition, please include (1) provide a short statement explaining your reason(s) for canceling/what wasn’t working for you. Please include the following additional information in your email: your full name, your phone number, your email address, and the date you purchased the program or service(s). After your submission, The Journey to Here LLC will review your cancellation request and will contact you with additional instructions on how to complete the return process.
Commit to attending each of the sessions, and alert Jessica if you are unable to attend a session because of illness, family emergencies, or another reason beyond your control, you must give 24 hours notice. If you fail to attend any scheduled sessions, and have not contacted and spoken directly with Jessica within 24 hours of your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund. Jessica will make every effort to reschedule a cancellation that has been given proper notification, as previously stated, within 30 days of the cancellation. Be present and punctual, so we can begin promptly at our scheduled time. If Jessica must cancel a session for any personal reason, a make-up session will be provided at a later time determined by her.
